1. Aggregation (The Network)
We gather the diaspora and locals in one digital space.
- •The Plaza:Open discussion and connection.
- •Verification:Talent and businesses get "Verified" to build trust.
- •The Goal:Build density of talent and capital.
2. Incubation (The Labs)
Problems are identified, and Working Groups (Labs) are formed to solve them.
- •Sprint:4-6 week sprints to build a prototype or proof-of-concept.
- •Team:Operators, Researchers, and Advisors collaborate.
- •Output:A "Venture Candidate" proposal.
3. Selection (The Vote)
Venture Candidates are presented to the community.
- •Supporters+ Vote:Paying members vote on which projects deserve backing.
- •Due Diligence:The Community Stewardship Committee vets for alignment and feasibility.
- •Output:A greenlit Venture.
4. Execution (The Fund)
Capital is deployed through direct investment.
- •Launch:The venture receives backing and operational support.
- •Scale:Verified Operators execute on the ground.
- •Surplus:Value generated flows back to members and the Xidig Cooperative.

Surplus from successful ventures replenishes the community pool, allowing us to back larger, more ambitious infrastructure projects over time.
